VOCATION/FORMATION
A vocation is a call from God inviting a woman to a deeper awareness of His love. It is an awareness of God's involvement with women religious who invest their lives for the love and loyalty to their society and the poor, with the spirit of humility, self-sacrifice and obedience.
We invite you to take some time and discern:
Find some time and think of how God has worked in your life.
How has Jesus been present in your life?
Now, reflect on Luke 9:28-36. How might Jesus be calling you?
What is Jesus saying to you today?
PRE-NOVIATE

NOVIATE

The small private reception into the Society of the Missionary Catechists of Divine Providence was held in the small chapel on the second floor of St. Andrew’s Convent in early August, 2011.
The pre-novice was given her religious name, Sister Elizabeth Ann Guerrero, MCDP.
The Novitiate year provides opportunities for spiritual and emotional enrichment
“The purpose of the novitiate is to initiate the novice into consecrated life as lived in our society and to give the novice the opportunity to intensify her relationship with Christ through prayer, study and service.”
